Q: How much does it cost to advertise on TenerifeProperties.ES?
A: Nothing - it's free to advertise, we only charge you a fee when you sign a contract to sell or rent your property.

Q: If you find me a buyer/tenant am I obliged to accept their offer?
A: No, absolutely not. You can reject tenants and potential buyers for whatever reason.

Q: Help! I've forgotten my password.
A: No problem, use our password recovery tool to have your password emailed to you.

Q: Can I advertise properties for holiday rentals?
A: Please contact us about advertising holiday rentals.

Q: How much should I write in the Property Description box?
A: Quality is more important than quantity. 150 - 300 words will normally suffice just ensure you write in good english using correct grammar and punctuation. Be sure to tell people about the features of your property including whether it is furnished, has a garage or parking space, what views its enjoys and other details that won't instantly be apparent.

Q: I want to price my property in POUNDS STERLING or another currency, can I do this?
A: To keep our property search simple we require all properties to be priced in Euros. If you wish this amount can be approximate, and you can state your desired amount in a foreign currency in your description. If you are looking for a currency converter try xe.com

Q: Help! I can't find my property listing when searching the web site?
A: Whenever you add a new listing or make changes to an existing listing your property listing is temporarily taken off-line pending review by our editors. Assuming it does not violate our terms of service it will normally be approved within 24 hours. You will receive an email notfication once your property has been approved.

Q: My photos are too big to upload what can I do?
A: Use a photo resize utility to resize your pictures before uploading or email your pictures to support@tenerifeproperties.es and we'll do it for you. Don't forget to include your property reference number.

Q: I'm an estate agent, can I upload the properties on behalf of my clients?
A: Yes, however our standard commission rates apply and if we find the same property advertised by more than one agent we will remove duplicates giving priority to the first agent who listed the property. If an owner wishes to list the property for themselves their listing will always take priority and listings made by agents will be removed.

Q: My property is being advertised on TenerifeProperties.ES but I didn't instruct TenerifeProperties.ES to market my property why is it on your site?
A: Probably because an estate agent representing your property listed it for sale/rent. If you property is no longer on the market please contact us giving the reference number of the property in question and once we confirm your identity we'll remove your property from the site. Alternatively if your property is still on the market you can claim the listing for yourself and we'll deal directly with you. Again just contact us.
